Potential for Contract Termination

First Choice VIP Care (HMO-SNP) has a contract with both Medicare and the South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid program. The contracts renew every year. In the event we reduce our plan's service area or the contracts terminate, expire, or are not renewed for any reason, you will not lose your Medicare or South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid Coverage. Should the contracts end for any reason, you will receive advance notice in writing containing your coverage options and First Choice VIP Care will continue to provide your health and prescription drug benefits until you start your new coverage.
